Registration and Fees

Fees are kept within reach of teachers and scholars in the region. Early-bird registration for Edition I closes on 16 April 2027.

30% off international rates for participants from other Southeast Asian countries
40% off for participants from lower-middle and low-income economies (World Bank)

Discounts do not combine; the highest one applies.

What registration includes

On site: all sessions, materials, lunches and coffee breaks, the Networking Reception and a certificate
Online: live streams, online sessions, 60 days of recordings and a certificate
Presenter registration also covers publication of one accepted full paper

Inclusion Fund

Travel grants for doctoral and early-career presenters from lower-income economies, and fee waivers, including for teachers from rural and under-resourced schools at Teacher Day.

Policies

Presenting authors must register by the presenter registration deadline. Cancellations at least six weeks before the conference are refunded less 20 percent; after that, registrations may be transferred or changed to online until two weeks before the edition.

Visa invitation letters are issued after payment. A participant who is refused a visa may receive a refund less bank charges, or switch to online participation.
